Within the framework of these T & Cs, it is agreed that the "Buyer" refers to the person browsing the Site and / or ordering Products on the Site; the "Seller" means the company identified in the legal notices above; the Buyer and the Seller will be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as the “Party”.

Any order for a Product on the Site requires consultation and express acceptance of the GTC by checking the box provided for this purpose during the ordering process.

Purchases - Ordering methods

For each creation selected, a summary page will automatically appear, showing the name of the item, the quantity chosen, its unit price and the total price of your order. You must verify the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, your order will be sent for processing. Laure SELIGNAC's sales department reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom it is in dispute for a previous order, or if it reasonably considers that this customer has violated these General Conditions or that he is 'is engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason. Purchases - Availability

Laure SELIGNAC creations are subject to stock, which we personalize according to your orders. Your orders, in standard time, are therefore dispatched within 5 working days.
 
Errors or modifications may exceptionally exist, in particular in the event of a shortage of stock. In the event of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by email or telephone as soon as possible, offering you either to order another item presented on the site as a replacement, or to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refunded no later than 10 days from payment if your bank account has been debited.

Purchases - Price Payment

The prices of the creations are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The amount of your order includes delivery costs depending on the option chosen. All orders are payable in euros. Bank cards or credit cards accepted are: MasterCard®, Visa®. The shipment of your order only takes place after verification of your payment method and receipt of the debit authorization from your card.

Expeditions and Deliveries - Transport costs

You are asked to choose your preferred shipping method as part of the ordering process. Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery service you choose: Time between the validation of your order and its receipt, whether your creation is personalized or not, unless otherwise specified.

 

Delivery Problems

Any defect or delay in delivery exceeding two (2) working days must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. Any complaint formulated beyond thirty (30) calendar days after the date of validation of your order cannot be taken into account.
You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature, any anomalies observed (open package, damaged product, etc.). You must then contact Customer Service by email or phone.
In the event of non-conformity of the products purchased or if they do not give you satisfaction, you can return them or request an exchange or refund under the conditions provided for in the section "Returns - Exchanges - Refunds".

Returns - Exchanges - Refunds

You have the possibility to return for an exchange request any product ordered within thirty (30) calendar days following the delivery date, under the following conditions: the products must be returned accompanied in their original condition and packaging, to the following address: Boutique Laure SELIGNAC 17 Avenue de Friedland 75008 Paris. However, an ordered product that has been the subject of a personalized marking at your request cannot be returned with a view to an exchange or a refund.
In both cases (exchange or refund), the transport costs incurred by the return of the products are only refunded to you in the event that this return is justified by the non-conformity of the products delivered (reference error, damaged product, etc. .).
