We have the pleasure and the duty to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with Italian privacy law and EU regulation 2016/679.

1. Purposes of processing
a) The following personal data are collected and processed by Seconde Peau by Laure SELIGNAC when managing contractual relationships with customers and to comply with the applicable legal provisions: first name, last name, address, identification.

Subject to prior express consent, the personal data mentioned above as well as additional data described below are collected and processed by Seconde Peau by Laure SELIGNAC:
b) for statistical analysis and profiling purposes, and through services provided by third parties. The data is processed in accordance with the guarantees and measures defined by the Italian data protection authority on April 24, 2013 in response to the prior verification request filed by Seconde Peau by Laure SELIGNAC) In order to offer personalized sales services (for example , in particular: personal buyer services, free assistance services and courtesy services), for sending (by post, email, sms and mms, social networks, instant messaging) information relating to our creations, exclusive sales, events and similar initiatives organized by Seconde Peau by Laure SELUGNAC, and for sending questionnaires to assess the level of satisfaction with the services offered. 

For the purposes specified in subparagraphs b) and c) above, we may collect additional data, in addition to the data required for the management of contractual relationships and to meet legal obligations. This information includes: 
- data collected during store visits, including use of the wi-fi system, during participation in events or during online purchases: date of birth, age group, dates of birth family events, occupation, hobbies, shopping, use of specific social networks or social network identifiers, phone number, email address, photo, nationality, gender, fashion and the date of integration into the management of the customer relationship of Laure SELIGNAC (referred to as "CRM"), the language, the categories of preferred products, the details concerning the products purchased, the size, the price, the discount, the statistics concerning spend rates, abandoned shopping carts, ways in which services are used, preferences for in-store services, reaction to contact activity, events the customer has attended, products selected for a deal hat but not actually purchased;  


2. Provision of data
The provision of personal data for the purposes set out in paragraph 1 sub-paragraph a) is mandatory. If you do not provide this data, we will not be able to process the requested contractual services. For the purposes presented in paragraph 1, subparagraphs b) and c), the provision of data is free and optional, and the use of these data is subject to consent. Refusing to provide this data will not allow us to achieve the stated purposes.

3. Conditions applicable to the consent of minors 
The processing of personal data of minors is legal provided the minor is at least 16 years old. If the minor is under 16 years of age, data processing is only legal if and when consent is provided or authorized by the holder of parental authority.

4. Method of treatment
Personal data will be processed using IT tools and / or manually for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. In particular, the personal data collected for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 subparagraphs b) and c) will also be processed using automated mechanisms based on procedures and logic strictly provided for the purposes referred to above.

6. Scope of communication, transfer abroad and publication of data
Personal data is processed by staff responsible for or responsible for data processing.
In addition, personal data may be processed by:
- companies that provide shipping / delivery services for catalogs and / or products;
- companies that send out newsletters, marketing materials and promotional communications;
- companies that provide customer service;

7. Data retention period 
The data collected for the purposes specified in paragraph 1 sub-paragraph a) will be kept for the period necessary for the performance of the contract, with legal and contractual guarantees provided in accordance with the legal requirements relating to data retention.


8. Rights of persons providing data
It is possible to request at any time: information relating to the existence of a processing of personal data and its characteristics, the rectification and deletion of data or the limitation of their processing. It is also possible to object to the processing and / or to request that the data be sent to another controller. We must respond to requests within the time limits provided for by applicable regulations; we must also rectify incorrect data, ensure incomplete data is completed and update obsolete data; finally, if required, we take into account to delete the data and to limit / cease the processing of the data or to ensure that they are transmitted to another controller when this is technically possible.
